Α. GENERAL
The website shop.koumaras.gr, was created by the company with the name “Koumaras Alexandros and SIA OE” and the distinctive title “Koumaras” (hereinafter the “Company”). It is the intellectual property of the Company both according to law 2121/1993 “On Intellectual Property” as it has been amended and is in force today, as well as according to the international conventions signed by Greece.
The Company retains the exclusive intellectual property rights in the design and all the content of the website. Any violation of these rights of the Company, in any way, carries as many responsibilities and penalties as provided by law.
The Company provides the services of the website shop.koumaras.gr with the following terms of use, which the user is asked to read carefully and then use the services of the online store only if he fully accepts them and only if he agrees unconditionally in their application.

Terms of transaction
These terms of transaction cover every transaction (sale of products and their shipment) between the user and the company under the name “Koumaras Alexandros and SIA OE” and the distinctive title “Koumaras” [hereinafter the “Company”] through the website shop .koumaras.gr (site) [hereinafter “shop.koumaras.gr”]. Their acceptance is a matter of signing a written agreement.
Shop.koumaras.gr considers that the persons who transact with the site are capable of legal action and the submission of an order is a valid statement of will. Each submission of an online order form means the acceptance, by the users, of these terms.
To complete the order, it is necessary to complete and send the special order form of the website shop.koumaras.gr. PAYMENT METHODS
The online store shop.koumaras.gr gives the user the opportunity to pay by cash on delivery with a 3.00 € surcharge. Shipments are made through the ELTA courier, the shipping charge is € 5.00 for all of Greece if the market value does not exceed € 49. For shipments worth more than € 49 the charge is zero.
METHOD OF SHIPPING
The products ordered by the user through the online store shop.koumaras.gr, are sent to him through the courier system of ELTA courier. Very heavy products and very bulky items are shipped by shipping. There is also the possibility for Collection from the store. In this case you are NOT charged for shipping.
RETURN POLICY
The user has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the goods in its original state, without incurring any costs other than return costs (Article 4 of Law 2251/1994). A condition for the return of the product in this case is that it is in its original packaging intact, that it has not been damaged, that it has not been unsealed and that the proof of sale is available. Returns to seasonal items are by arrangement. Returns on types of offers are not made. For the best service of the customers, it is wise to check the products on arrival and their delivery to them, for any obvious defects of the products themselves or their packaging. In case users choose to send them a new product for replacement, they will receive an immediate message confirming their new order. In case the user does not want to buy another product, the money is not refunded, but the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to the customer’s account. The specific credit balance can be used in any new order desired by the customer. The customer will receive an e-mail voucher to use in his next purchase to deduct this amount from the order.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
The company does not guarantee products that it does not manufacture itself and generally products of which it is only a reseller. For these products, the customers receive guarantees directly from their suppliers / manufacturers while the Company does not bear any responsibility for their suitability. The Company does not provide any kind of guarantee of suitability for the products it offers for a specific purpose. The responsibility for the product chosen for a specific purpose lies entirely with the customer.
PLACE OF CONTRACT
The place of preparation of the contract is considered to be Korydallos, Attica, where the Company is headquartered.
BENEFIT FULL TIME
After the completion of the order, the consumer (user) receives a receipt of the order at the e-mail address stated during registration. The products are delivered to the courier service of ELTA courier within one (1) to five (5) working days from the place of the order. Any corrections in the order can be made within three (3) hours from its submission.
If the products ordered by the user are not delivered through the fault of the Company, within thirty (30) days from the acceptance of the order, the user is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
PRICE AND DURATION OFFER
As the transactions are made in real time, the binding price is the one with which the buyer placed the order. This price is valid for as long as it is listed on the website shop.koumaras.gr. Subsequent revaluation does not occupy pending orders. In case of a valid correction of the order by the user, the binding price is the one that is valid at the time of correction and not the initial submission of the order.
COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery), which are due to cases that can not be attributed to the fault of the Company or its associates or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of execution time. Indicatively and not restrictively, such cases are: strikes, floods, natural disasters, terrorist acts or any situation that does not depend on the Company, such as problems and delays of the suppliers themselves in the delivery of their products.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Greek law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens. Especially for various matters that fall under the jurisdiction of the Magistrates ‘Court (due to the amount), the Magistrates’ Court of Nikaia-Athens will have exclusive jurisdiction.
